Try the tools before subscribing

Basic symbol lookup, copying and manual conversions are free. A limited free allowance is available for AI and cloud voice, subject to the personal and shared limits explained in Help. Try the features you need before purchasing. The free allowance does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.

What Plus includes

Plus costs USD $2.99 per month, before applicable taxes. Each paid billing month includes 50 smart interpretation attempts across symbols, world time and currency, and 100 cloud speech attempts of up to 20 seconds each. Allowances are shared across devices and reset only when a new paid billing period is confirmed. Unused attempts do not roll over. No overage charges are made.

A provider request counts once it is dispatched, including a failed or cancelled attempt. Exact local symbol matches and manual tools do not use interpretation allowances. Cloud transcription and interpretation are separate services, so one voice search can use both allowances. Short-term rate limits apply to protect the service.

One-time extra packs

An Extra pack costs USD $4.99 before applicable taxes and contains 100 AI interpretation attempts and 200 cloud voice attempts of up to 20 seconds each. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, automatic recharge or automatic overage charge is created. Each pack is valid for 12 calendar months from its purchase date. The exact expiry time appears in Account. Unused pack allowance carries across monthly resets but expires at that time, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Purchased allowance is delivered after server confirmation of payment. Monthly Plus allowance is used first, then the earliest-expiring purchased pack. Without Plus, purchased packs are used before the shared free trial. Cancelling Plus does not remove a separately purchased pack before its expiry. Packs include usage only and do not enable Plus cloud sync. All devices share the same account balances. Attempts cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash; this does not limit refund rights below.

A refund or dispute concerning a pack pauses that pack's unused allowance while it is reviewed. It does not automatically revoke an unrelated subscription or other purchased packs. Partial refunds and service remedies are reviewed individually. We do not deduct more money or recharge a card to recover consumed attempts.

Accounts, delivery and devices

Sign in to the same website account on each device. Sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. Plus access is delivered digitally to your account after payment is confirmed. Cloud saves are optional and limited to 200 symbols, 12 cities and 12 currencies per account. The clock, cat and offline shortcuts do not need a paid plan. Desktop previews are unsigned or ad-hoc signed and are offered as previews, not as a paid supported operating-system product.

Billing and cancellation

Creem is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment details, invoices and applicable sales taxes. This application never receives your full card details. The Plus plan renews monthly until cancelled through Account → Manage subscription. Normal cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access until the paid period ends. Cancellation does not itself request a refund, and unused time or allowances are not automatically refunded or prorated, except where required by applicable law or Creem's applicable terms.

Refund policy

The voluntary refund rules below do not limit your statutory consumer rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective service, or rights under the Creem Buyer Terms.

• Change of mind after use: we do not offer an additional money-back guarantee or voluntary change-of-mind refund once paid benefits have been used. Paid benefits include AI interpretation, cloud voice and Plus cloud sync.
• Accidental purchase without use: contact us promptly if you purchased by mistake and have not used paid benefits. We review these requests individually; a voluntary refund is not automatic or guaranteed.
• Billing errors and service problems: contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, paid access that was not delivered, or a service that does not meet the agreed description. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate correction, remedy or refund through Creem. These requests are not excluded merely because some paid benefits were used.

To request help or a refund, email support@saysymbol.com from your account email address. Include your order reference and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or card details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. You may also contact Creem through your receipt, customer portal or its support page.

We review the relevant payment status and existing service usage records. We do not collect your recordings or search descriptions for refund review. Refunds are processed through Creem; arrival time depends on the payment provider and your bank. A refund or payment dispute may suspend the related paid access. Basic tools remain available.

Statutory consumer rights

If a mandatory withdrawal or refund right applies in your country, it takes precedence over our voluntary policy. For example, eligible EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the conditions described in the Creem Buyer Terms. Using this service does not by itself waive those rights. You can notify us or Creem of a withdrawal by an unambiguous request; the explanation requested for an ordinary support inquiry is not a condition for exercising a no-reason statutory withdrawal right.

Accuracy and availability

Check the results before using them. Symbol recognition can be wrong; time-zone rules can change; currency rates are dated references and are not transaction quotes. Service interruptions and maintenance may occur. We do not promise that a preview will be continuously available. These limitations do not remove remedies you are entitled to by law.
